Parting with this gorgeous doll from my childhood.Very gently used in box, Pre Mattel Kirsten was mainly a display doll and was rarely, if ever, played with. I was given her as a gift in the 90s. Stamped Pleasant Company on the back of her neck, she has squeezable vinyl, soft eyelashes (all intact), with gorgeous shiny silky hair still in original braids!Kirsten is clean with no marks or odors. She is wearing her meet outfit - dress (tagged "Made in West Germany for Pleasant Company 1986"), original blue woven hair ribbons, pantalettes, apron, fuzzy striped socks and brown boots. Kirsten also comes with her accessories - checkered red bonnet, hard to find heart necklace, spoon bag, wooden spoon and handkerchief. She went to the doll hospital to correct a silver eye due to age and is as good as new! Such a beautiful doll for any collector or child who loves this pioneer story!
