Vintage 1975 Collegeville Phantom of the Opera "Monster" Mask. Old Store Deadstock (Unused). This is a vacuform plastic mask released by Collegeville Costumes in 1975. This was part of the SAF-T-C Masks collection with Reflecta-Lite (silver, reflective paint on the eyebrows, nose, and teeth). Measures 9.5" from head to chin and 7" from ear to ear. This mask is old store stock (deadstock), never used, but has two micro cracks on the edge of the head. There is also a tiny crease on the top edge of the head and a crease next to USA on the chin. There are also a few tiny paint spots. Sold as-is. Untested.
